This research encourages participants to re-think their relationship to GPS. It does this through a walking workshop staged at a site where the architecture causes GPS to fail. The creation of these moments of breakdown foregrounds the presence and activity of GPS's physical infrastructure. The participants reflect on how this re-framing informs their sociotechnical practices around GPS.
