Critical Commentary

this paper explores  the anthropological understanding about the unionised and organised labour forces in the united states. as we all know , the american model of  labour relations and percepetions are taken as references by most third world countries, which were previously in the path  of either socialism or non- alignment. it is better to have an understanding about american labour and its relation to system, especially for a scholar who is working on the same area  in countries like india.
