I am a research assistant at an interdisciplinary research project about machine learning within law enforcement and a master student at the Goethe University Frankfurt and the University of Vienna.
My research is about the way evidence is enacted within law enforcement and especially within technological applications. I am interested in the way the encounter between law enforcement and machine learning is negotiated, and how and when claims of expertise are being made valid.
My research interest is informed through infrastructure studies, valuation studies, feminist technoscience, and new materialism. My background lies in STS, political science, anthropology, and literature studies.
