The materialities of a road trip depicted

Description

This photo essay, with images found and published by Gisela Mateos & Edna Díaz-Suárez, shows the innumerable contingencies and intertwinements of the Radioisotope Mobile Exhibition (RME), which are part of the mobility of knowledge, in this case radiochemistry and its applications, throughout Latin America. It is a crucial event in the understanding of the internationalization and standardization of the scientific practices of the nuclear age.
