I am a historian of science who really asks more questions about the social studies of science in a historical context. I also teach mainly STEM students who are required to take my history of science survey. In order to keep them engaged in the material, I try to get them to ask STS-type questions. I also try to come up with ways to keep them interested in what we are doing, simply put. That means in-class methods of gamification and Wikipedia editing.
