I am 2nd year PhD a the University of Michigan, School of Information. My research interests center around the critical study of algorithms, data and infrastructure/platforms. I am currently involved in projects studying politics and socio-technical imaginaries around unemployed profiling in Austria, protest surveillance online and emotion recogonition. I mainly use qualitative methods such as interviews, document analysis, situtional analysis and ethnography. I also have an educational background in computer science through which I aquired experience in programming and quantitative data analysis. I am interested in participating in 6S to get to know people in these particularly isolating times and to learn more about STS.
