Critical Commentary

The authors identify and characterize different ways that experiments in participation are manifesting in different STS domains and projects. The STS Futures Lab has taken up some of this thinking to reconceptualize the undergraduate classroom as a space of experimentation and critical participation. The Lab explores practices of critical participation with experts across disciplinary domains and beyond the university.
