Critical Commentary

Langdon Winner is writing about various traditions of understanding the technology, especially the social construction of technology and its flaws.  In this paper, he also talks about how vigorously the social constructivist is negating the ideas and principles of the founding fathers of the tradition by assuming that they are only ones able to crack the shell.
