The engineer’s ultimate responsibility should be for the betterment of the people not only to his nation but around the globe.
My partner’s Answer
Individual > family > community > company > nation > human beings > all living beings
The priority is bases on the relationship between myself and others. In my opinion, the closer we are, the more important they are.
My reflection on the answer my partner is that the responsibility of the individual changes according to the situation, circumstances and working cultures.
