Anna Wikman is a doctoral student in Interdisciplinary Studies at Warwick University (EU Chancellor Scholarship). Her PhD explores the interplay between different scales of governance and how they shape local practices to govern air pollution in Kosovo. Her research interests include toxic pollution, governance practices, postcolonial theory, and development. Anna has worked extensively with environmental governance and development; for example, as a research associate at Stockholm Environment Institute in Kenya, as a civil servant at the Swedish Ministry of Environment and on secondment to the Kosovan Ministry of Environment.
