In fact, I think Taiwan's response to the epidemic is effective, from the distribution of masks at the beginning to the large-scale vaccination, and finally the unblocking. In this era, coexistence with the virus is the trend. If the citizens have never been sick, they may be completely paralyzed after the borders are opened. I have also been diagnosed, but because I have been vaccinated first, the symptoms are relatively not so serious.
And I think what can be done better is that people's vaccines should be given earlier. If more people can get the vaccine before the lockdown is lifted, the chances of people dying will be reduced.
